Nichola Stevens

Nichola has over 20 years experience working in a variety of leadership roles within the hospitality sector and for the past 9 years has been in role as a Regional Director for a large hotel chain, with 203 hotels, 12 Districts and turnover of circa £200M per year within her remit.
Nichola has a keen interest in Levelling Up / Social Mobility and has been the senior operational lead on this within her role.
An inclusive working environment and high integrity in leadership are key personal values to Nichola and she has lead on many projects, strategies and policy changes to better support and encourage career development throughout the company to management and senior roles with particular focus on females, ethnic minority and LGBTQ+ colleagues.
Nichola has extensive experience in managing complex change programmes to meet strategic objectives within challenging conditions and she has recently moved into a strategic development consultancy role working both in the private sector and also with a Primary Care Network and GP Federation, supporting them to realise their ambitious clinical, estates and financial strategies with a particular focus around benefit of the towns population and positive impacts on health inequality.
Nichola lives in Liverpool with her husband and two children and she loves spending time with family, music and travelling both in the UK and abroad.
