The term ‘SAPHNA’ or ‘School And Public Health Nurses Association’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Pinfold House (10), Pinfold Rise, Aberford, Leeds, England, LS25 3EN. SAPHNA is a registered charity (number 1162042). The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

1. Copyright and content

Saphna.co contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing by SAPHNA.

We take care to ensure that the information appearing on this website is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors do occur and you should not take the accuracy of the information for granted, but should check directly with us using our contact page. We therefore disclaim all liability for your use of the information on saphna.co.

2. Membership

Any user may apply for membership via the website. SAPHNA has a number of memberships that may be appropriate for the user, and the user is responsible for determining which membership applies to them.

The member agrees that all details provided at registration are correct to the best of their knowledge including acknowledgement of their eligibility of membership.

3. Automatic renewals

When you purchase your membership, you’ll be signed up for your subscription renewals to be automatically billed yearly/monthly depending on your chosen membership. If you no longer want to receive membership benefits you can cancel this automatic billing profile at any time by contacting us.

4. Delivery

After we’ve successfully created an automatic billing profile, our credit card gateway (Stripe) will charge you within 24 hours. If your initial payment is successful, you will receive an email receipt for the transaction. If you no longer want to receive membership benefits you can cancel this automatic billing profile at any time by contacting us.

5. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can contact us at any time. As soon as this is received by SAPHNA, and we have acknowledged receipt of your cancellation, your subscription will be cancelled and no further payments will be taken.

In the unlikely event that SAPHNA takes a further payment following cancellation, we will issue a refund.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14 day refund policy on all memberships found on saphna.co. No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the first purchase date of each membership. If you have previously received a refund and purchase again at a later time, the new purchase will not qualify for the 14 day refund period.

Where SAPHNA is at fault and has taken unauthorised payment or overpayment following cancellation, we will process a refund of that overpayment.

7. Chargebacks

Subscription holders should contact us first regarding requests for refunds or to inquire about unrecognised charges before issuing a chargeback request with their bank. We reserve our right to dispute chargebacks if the charge is not fraudulent and no communication from the subscription holder is evident.

8. Transactional emails

SAPHNA may on occasion send you email notifications related to your subscription. These transactional emails may include notification of changes to our terms and conditions, subscription expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchased membership.

9. Complaints

SAPHNA will deal with complaints in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Complaints should be made via our contact page.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing our membership(s) you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.
