Leadership Training

By School Nurses, For School Nurses, To Lead School Nursing

Join our next cohort of leadership training designed exclusively for SCPHN School Nurses, equipping them with the personal and collective leadership skills to lead, advocate and influence within the unique landscape of public health School Nursing. Developed and delivered by experienced SCPHN School Nurses and/or academics, it focuses on the real-world challenges and opportunities of the profession. Unlike broader leadership programmes, this course ensures participants gain relevant, practical strategies to drive meaningful change in their roles, services, and communities.

The training takes place over several days. You must attend all training sessions and ALS’s to successfully complete the training.

Sessions are 09:30 – 17:00

22 May 2025Facilitated Action Learning Set (ALS)
19 June 2025Session 2 – online taught session

Cost:

We accept self-funded participants and those funded by their employer. We have discounted rates for SAPHNA members and discounts for group bookings.
