School Nursing Uncovered Podcasts

Back in February we launched our series of podcasts School Nursing Uncovered on Apple Podcasts which are a joint initiative with Digital Health Transformation Service Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. 

They are produced and delivered by school nurses for school nurses and cover some key topics such as mental health, vaping, gender identity, and safeguarding. The aims of the podcasts were to provide an opportunity for school nurses to discuss contemporary and sensitive topics, the challenges that arise when navigating areas where evidence of best practice continues to change and emerge and to explore the opportunities of how school nurses might support children and young people who are navigating these issues. They are an excellent way to keep yourself updated and can contribute to your personal and professional development for revalidation.
