Leading and Thriving

This COP is open to school nurse service leads and team leaders/clinical leads (who lead locality/area teams or similar). It has never been a more challenging time to lead services and teams. The needs of school-aged children and young people is growing and more complex, staffing capacity, recruitment and retention and budgets grow tighter. This COP will provide a ‘thinking and reflective’ safe space for school nurses leaders to explore, and problem solve the challenges.
