ERIC – school toilets survey

ERIC

ERIC have asked for members to share their survey that has been designed by our group of Young Champions asking students aged 11-18 to tell them what they think about their schools toilets. The link to the survey is here https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W553XZV The survey is anonymous and will be running throughout Dec and January. Its been sent out to every UK school, and through a network of Young Ambassadors at Participation People, the organisation that is facilitating our young people’s group. This is for all students not just those with bowel/bladder conditions.

Versus Arthritis

The Versus Arthritis school series has been developed with a group of over 30 young people. They shared their experiences and ideas – helping to create new support tools and services for young people living with rheumatic conditions, their families and the professionals who support them.  Films link https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXKNfcIcSzgUxkWShoXDIBVOeqjNB0Bcb.

Some of the films are for young people living with arthritis and their families – sharing top tips and support. Others are for school staff – highlighting how to create inclusive schools and support young people to thrive. Further support can be found on our website – https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/young-people/living-with-arthritis/#young-people-living-with-arthritis_school.

A downloadable schools booklet for school staff (free to order print copy coming November 2023) is available on our online shop : Versus Arthritis Shop. A Welsh version of the films and booklet will be available in early 2024.
