We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (School Nurses) who are passionate in delivering the Healthy Child Programme for children aged 5-19 years and up to 25 years for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Community Nursery Nurse
Contributing and participating in the delivery of a comprehensive Health Visiting service in line with the Healthy Child Programme and local service specifications and service model for health visiting that meets the public health needs of local communities.
