NHSE Safeguarding have advised that these sessions would equate to ICD L3 since most listen lounges tend to have three components ~

The safeguarding issues and concerns, including the sharing of local practitioner intelligence

How these safeguarding issues and other operational pressures are impacting how we feel and deliver our services

The vast majority of attendees will be peers, and a few will be ICD L4 and L5 colleagues.

NHSE SG will certainly be reflecting through those lenses during and after the sessions which they will be participating in.
